Before your first visit
Come as you are.
The map starts from your own brows, so the less you do beforehand, the better it works.
Leave your brows alone
No tweezing, threading or waxing for about two weeks. I need to see the shape they want to take.
Come without brow makeup
Or leave a few minutes at the start to take it off. I'm drawing on a clean brow.
Bring a photo, if you have one
A brow you like, or one you don't. It helps us talk about shape, and it isn't a plan.
Tint and lamination
A patch test comes first.
For a first tint or lamination, I ask for a patch test.
- 01
Step 1: Book the patch test
It takes about 15 minutes and doesn't need a deposit.
- 02
Step 2: Watch the spot
You watch the spot at home for a day. Tell me about any itching, redness or swelling.
- 03
Step 3: Then book the service
A patch test helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies and sensitive skin too.
Who should wait
Tell me before your visit if any of these apply, and I'll rebook you or ask you to check with your doctor first.
Irritated or broken skin
A rash, a cut, a sunburn or a recent procedure near the brows.
A reaction to a past service
If tint, lamination or a product has bothered you before.
A medicine that affects your skin
If you're unsure, ask your doctor and tell me what they say.
Book your first mapping.
We'll decide together what, if anything, should change.
