Our policies
What I ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.
Booking and deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. A first visit takes one, and the menu marks every service that does. You book on the booking page and I confirm by text or email.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice I keep it. If you're running late, I hold 15 minutes. After that the visit is shortened, not extended, because the next client's time is already booked.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without a word, I keep the deposit and hold your next visit only with prepayment. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.
Children and companions
Visits are for one client at a time. The room is small and the work needs you still, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait outside.
Patch tests and allergies
I ask for a patch test before a first tint or lamination. It shows how your skin responds to the product. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies and sensitive skin. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or itching after a visit, tell me and call your doctor.
Before your visit
Come with your brows as they are, and let them be for about two weeks before a first visit: no tweezing, threading or waxing. I need to see the shape they want to take. Come without brow makeup, or leave a few minutes to take it off.
If you're not happy
If something isn't right, tell me within a few days. I'll look at your brows and we'll make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay at the end of your visit.
Two more things to know
Between visits
Most clients return for a shape refresh every four to six weeks. Your card says when your next visit is due.
Tint and lamination
A first tint or lamination always follows a patch test, so we know how your skin responds.
Read the rules, then pick a time.
If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
