What is brow mapping?
It's a way of measuring your face to find where each brow should begin, arch and end. I draw the plan in white pencil, and hair comes out only outside the lines.
How often do I need a visit?
Most clients return for a shape refresh every four to six weeks. Your measurements are on your card, so a refresh is shorter than a first visit.
Should I choose shaping, tint or lamination?
Shaping sets the outline. Tint adds depth where your hair is light or sparse. Lamination brushes the hairs upward and sets them. We decide together at your first visit, and you can add one later.
Do I need a patch test?
I ask for one before a first tint or lamination. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.
What if I react?
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or itching, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care. I stop the service if anything feels wrong.
How should I prepare?
Leave your brows alone for about two weeks, with no tweezing, threading or waxing, and come without brow makeup.
Can I keep threading or waxing my brows?
Between visits, leave the shape as drawn. If a stray hair bothers you, leave it for the next visit, or ask me.
What happens if I'm late?
I hold 15 minutes. After that the visit is shortened, not extended.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. It moves with you if you give 24 hours' notice. The booking page shows the amount.
How do I buy a gift card?
Gift cards come in any amount and go toward any service. You can buy one on the gift card page.
Ready to pick a time?
Bring your brows as they are.
